Amelie
von Fluegge is an independent consultant specializing in the creation
of marketing materials for retail and consumer product companies,
professional service firms, healthcare providers, real estate developers and nonprofit organizations.
As principal of Amelie von Fluegge Design, her services include
designing, building and maintaining web sites; designing and producing
printed marketing and corporate identity materials; researching,
selecting and overseeing vendors; adapting existing printed materials
for online use; and advising clients as they add online capabilities
to their business.

Clemson University, Combi International, Eden Portfolio, The Intrepid Wine Company,
Le Creuset
of America, PGM Technologies, Skip D'Amico Films, Sod Solutions, and Spar Film.

In addition to her independent design
work, Amelie is a creative project manager at Northridge Interactive in Roswell, GA, where she oversees the design and production of client sites and manages all aspects of client projects and relationships.
Prior to Northridge Interactive, Amelie worked as design production coordinator and senior designer in corporate communications
at Mirant, an independent power company in Atlanta. There, she updated Mirant's intranet
and corporate web site and supported
numerous corporate communications initiatives by designing, editing,
and producing electronic and printed communications such as the annual report, HTML
e-mail campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and corporate collateral. She collaborated on a redesign of the mirant.com corporate web site to mark the company's emergence from bankruptcy, as well as a redesign of Mirant's corporate intranet, or MiraNet, to improve usability, align it with the corporate web site, and help reinforce the renewal of Mirant's corporate identity.
Previously, Amelie worked for Autodesk, Inc.,
an international design software company, at their corporate headquarters
in the San Francisco Bay Area. During that time she designed and produced
web graphics and web pages for their corporate web site and created marketing
materials and in-product graphics for the internal field sales force and
reseller distribution network.
Amelie received a BA magna cum laude in
German Literature from Princeton University and studied graphic
design at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
She is a native German speaker, fluent in French, conversant in
Italian, and has lived and traveled extensively in Europe.
